Tanker Unloading Systems are designed to handle dry bulk solids and powder material. This system ensures direct transfer of powders from Tanker to various Storage Silos. Tanker Unloading Pneumatic Conveying system can be designed to unload the tanker and fill the Silos ranging from a capacity of 10–50 TPH (tons per hour). It’s capacity is defined as per the characteristics of the material like bulk density, flow ability etc. and as per client requirements. Tanker Unloading systems can be designed for various industries like Food, Cement, Minerals, Chemical. Petrochemicals etc. Option to check the tanker material for quality in food industry can also be provided. As stated above, when the end user’s requirement on bulk powder handling is increasing, the Bulk powder supplier needs to unload the processed material directly to tankers without any emissions ensuring correct tanker weight. This can be done by our system ensuring quick filling of tankers and thus ensuring undisrupted supply chain. Loading of bulk solids in powder or granular form is a common task in industrial plants. A great deal of know-how is required to automate this process smoothly. Being an essential component in bulk solid handling processes, loading bellows (Telescopic Chutes) provide dust-free and safe loading of powdered and granular materials to tankers. They are generally mounted underneath silos/Bunkers, hoppers, or installed at the end of conveyors like screw feeders, elevators or pneumatic conveying systems. We have systems to load tankers/Bulkers directly through pneumatic conveying and special tanker loading device (Telescopic Gun). Open trucks can also be loaded through Pug mill/ Dust conditioner specifically used in Ash handling system.
