The Signature PUF Panel consists of two pre-stressed skins of pre-coated steel permanently bonded to a polystyrene core with heat polymerizing adhesive. its thickness ranges from 30mm to 150mm enabling it to meet all insulation specifications. Besides being self supportive and environmentally friendly (cfc free) the panels are also designed to meet a wide range of strength, color and finish requirements. Because of their inbuilt structural strength, the panels may be used as an integral building component. The metal clad panels have a natural vapor seal characteristic which when combined with the panel resistance to thermal conductivity, creates the ability to withstand the most extreme temperature differentials. Although the panels weigh only 10 Kg/sqm, their strength-to-weight ratio is much greater than any other building material and this, along with proprietary internal joining and reinforcement system, ensures a very stable and strong structure.
