The Indoor Evaporator Unit is a versatile and efficient system designed for industrial applications where controlled evaporation is essential. This unit operates using vertical evaporators, where the evaporation process is induced within tubes, causing the liquid to form a thin film along the tube walls. The vapor generated is then used to enhance the efficiency of the system.

To optimize energy use and reduce operating costs, the Indoor Evaporator Unit often features a multistage design. In this setup, thermal energy is applied to the first stage of the evaporator, and the vapor produced is reused as the heating media in subsequent stages. This cascading effect can be extended through multiple stages, up to seven, depending on the product properties and process requirements. For additional energy savings, the unit can incorporate Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) or Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) systems, further enhancing operational efficiency.

The Indoor Evaporator Unit is well-suited for various applications, including concentrating effluents before incineration, processing weak liquids at low temperatures, concentrating dilute caustic lye solutions, and concentrating herbal extracts and fruit juices. Its advanced design ensures reliable performance while minimizing energy consumption and operational costs, making it an invaluable asset for industries requiring precise and efficient evaporation solutions.
