Cross Belt Magnetic Separator are self-cleaning separators. They have an electromagnet that is surrounded by a moving belt conveyor. It has the same functions as the suspension magnets, but the ferrous iron particles are separated and they are simultaneously knocked off from the magnet and from the conveyor line as well. This is why it is a self-cleaning magnet. This magnet does not require any manpower during or after its operation. They are of various capacities and can be custom built to work efficiently. They provide a true self-cleaning industrial magnetic separator systems solution, for continuous metal recovery from the conveyed materials. Ferrous metals are magnetically pulled out of the non-ferrous conveyed materials; ferrous materials collected on the self-cleaning magnetic separator belt are conveyed and discharged to the hopper.
