It has been proven for water based inks, plastisols including high density plastisols and discharge prints. Features:- Compact burner with low noise levels Direct firing method is adopted. Uniquely designed air distribution system achieves width wise and lengthwise temperature uniformity. Speciality high temperature belt A unique feature of this dryer is that it is controlled through a touch screen panel. The oven temperature is controlled through an algorithm which gives much superior performance over the normal on/off controllers. The touch-screen displays temperatures as well as all annunciation messages, with built in program at Litel. Safeties include ionisation sensor and air pressure switch.
